If you have received an invoice in Swedish that you don't understand, you can contact the Department for Medical fees or Visma Financial Solutions for assistance with translation to English.

Fees for non-attendance and fees for care at one of the hospital wards are not included in the free card. You can see the current status of your health free card by logging in to www.1177.se using your mobile bank-id.
If you have chosen to pay by invoice, the fee will register immediately in the free card. You will receive the invoice to your home address later on. If you have a free card in another regional county council you will have to send us that free card before we can remove any fees.
